Production Description

NYB series plate leaf filter is a kind of high efficiency, energy saving, closed operation of precision filtration equipment, suitable for salad oil, crude oil, oil, resin, food, pharmaceutical, polyether, environmental protection and water treatment and other industries.

The design of the product structure is unique, have small volume, high filtration efficiency, transparency and fineness good filtrate, no material consumption, no consumption of paper, cloth or paper core, and only a small amount of consumption of filter aid, the filter is very low cost, equipment operation, maintenance, convenient cleaning.

Cleaning up of the plate in the filter

If the working time of the filter is very short and the pressure rises fast, the reason general is that the filter plates are blocked up. In this time, inspect the filter plate, place the filter gauze at a bright place and observe it at an angle of 45 degrees. If blocking up is found, cleaning up it in time. The recommended filter plates cleaning methods are as follows:

1. Chemical treatment method:

Put the filter plate into a clean pond to be cleaned up. The cleaning liquid is 10 to 15% NaOH solution (or other solutions having no corrosive action on the filter plate), the temperature is between 50 and 60℃. The cleaning time is generally equal to or less than three hours. Warning: It is forbidden to clean with hydrochloric acid or other cleaning solutions that can produce free chloride ions, for they can corrupt the filter plate severely.

2. Mechanical cleaning Method:

Make spray cleaning with 0.6 to 0.8Mpa high-pressure water. The method is to place the filter plate on a board vertically, make the discharge port of the filter plate downward. Use spray cleaning with the nozzle of the high-pressure water and the plane of the filter plate forming an angle of 45 degrees

Filter leaves detail

The filter leaves are the main working part of a filter. It is composed of multiple layers of stainless steel gauze with different dimensions and the filtrate channel is located at its center

and the periphery of the filter gauze is the rectangle or circular cross section frame made of stainless steel plate which is used as the filtrate collecting channel and is riveted with the filter plate and filter plate frame.

There is the joint of the discharge gate at the under-part of the filter gauze that is plugged into the liquid collecting tube. The socket between the joint and the liquid collecting tube is sealed with “O” ring.
