Product description:

is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, food, and
pharmaceuticals.
This product has a novel design structure, and the main body of the
filter is composed of a filter tank, a filter plate, a pull out
head mechanism, an automatic slag discharge device, etc. When
filtering, the filter aid is mixed with the material in the mixing
cylinder, and a filter cake layer is formed on the filter screen
through a transport pump. Once a stable filter cake layer is
reached, the small filter aid particles provide countless fine
channels to trap suspended impurities and allow clear liquid to
pass through.
This way, the material is actually filtered through the cake layer.
When the filter residue on the surface of the filter plate reaches
a certain thickness or the filtration pressure reaches 0.4MPa, stop
feeding, dry the filter cake with compressed air or steam, pull out
the filter plate, start the vibration slag removal device, and the
filter residue is unloaded due to gravity and vibration; For
viscous filter cakes, manual assistance is required to clean the
slag.
