Product Description
Oil water solid separation disc type separator centrifuge for fish
meal refinery factory is mainly used in refining meat oil from
animals such as fish meal facotry,animal oil factory, the capacity
from 10t/d~600t/d.
This type of disc centrifuge is mainly used to remove the water,
oil and impurities contained in feeding liquid, so it called 3
phase liquid-liquid- solid separation.
Also applies to separate and clarify similar materials of waste oil
in other petrochemical industries, such as black oil, delayed
coking oil coking oil, washing oil and recycle oil and so on.
It has advantages of high speed, smooth operating, compact
structure, small footprint, all sealed of the inlet and discharge,
low noise, good separation.
The materials of centrifuge which contact with the products are
stainless steel which meets the requirements of food grade.
The design, manufacture and inspection of centrifuge are accordance
with the national standards GB10897 and GB10898 strictly.
Product Principle
The separated material will be input into the heart of the
separator, i.e. the drum. By the strong centrifugal force field,
the material (hybrid liquid) passes the separation partition
consists of disk string, by taking the neutral holes in disk as the
separating surface, the liquid in higher specific gravity (heavy
phase) will move outward the neutral holes along disk wall, and the
heavy residue will accumulate at the residue-settling area, and the
soap residue will flow toward the big centripetal pump. The liquid
in lower specific gravity (light phase) will move inward and upward
along disk wall, then assemble at the small centripetal pump. The
heavy and light phase will be output separately by small and big
centripetal pump. Heavy slag is regularly discharged to achieve
continuous production.
