Huge amount of Kitchen waste oil or illegal cooking oil (commly knowb as slops , swill , pigwash) can be treated and obrain biogas, biodiesel, organic fertilizer, hig-protein feed and other products.

However the mature technical support is necessary to support the oil-water-solid separation in this treatment processing, our technical engineers with their advanced design concept have been researched and developed the new special disk separator based on its hard sepaation feature of Kitchen waste oil or illegal, and make the separation efficiency reaches to the extreme and super conditions.

Applications :

The 3-phase decanter separates which contains oil into an oil phase, solids and virtually oilfree waste water. Because of its high dry matter, the solids can be recycled relatively easily.

In addition, the solids concentration in the waste water is lower than would be the case if nozzle separators are used in conventional process.
