Precaution concerning safe operation of separator
1. You should state when you order our products if you want to
separate materials which have high causticity so that we will
choose good anti-corrosion materials. If you find any parts of drum
have been corroded more than 1mm, you must stop the machine
immediately and contact with us timely.
2. All parts of the separator drum have gone through dynamic
balance after assembling, each part shall be mounted in sequence,
and shall not be interchanged and missed. The thread connecting
part shall be mounted in position, all assembling marks shall be
aligned.
3. If there is any problem concerning quality in the separator’s
main parts & components, you must notify us timely, but shall not
replace and repair by yourself, in case damaging the machine and
influencing safety production. The user himself shall be
responsible for any loss caused due to disobeying the operation
instructions.
4. Before turning on it, please do check the oil level of the gear
box, which shall not be lower than the mark in the middle of the
oil level.
5. If the separator has any abnormal vibration and sound at
operation, you shall cut off the power supply immediately in an
emergency stop way. After the drum stops completely, dismount,
clean and check the parts & components to find out the cause and
remove that. Only after that can you re-assemble and start it.
6. Don’t dismount any part on the separator until the drum stops
completely.
