GKH1600N horizontal siphon scraper discharge centrifuge is a siphon
filter centrifuge with continuous operation and intermittent
discharge. Unlike the general scraper discharge centrifuge, the
filter force of the siphon centrifuge is similar to the suction
force of vacuum in addition to the centrifugal force. Therefore,
the machine has higher production capacity and better separation
effect than the general scraper discharge centrifuge. The GKH1600N
centrifuge is widely used. It is suitable for the separation of
materials that can be separated by the general scraper centrifuge,
especially for the separation of materials with small solid
particles, high viscosity, slow filtering speed and sufficient
washing of filter cakes. Such as: starch, modified starch, vitamin
B, calcium phosphate and so on.

1. The scraper centrifuge can be switched between automatic and
manual operation, so it can realize the periodic cyclic operation
of feeding, dehydration, washing and discharging of the feed
material.
