Product Description
GK1250-NB Peeler Centrifuge is a automatic batch operation machine
which is horizontal type and has wide scraper for discharging.
Users can do cyclic operation on this machine automatically or by
manual, each cycle is including feeding, separating, material
washing, discharging and screen washing. Each process is done under
full speed.
This machine adopts an electric hydraulic joint control system,
with independent electrical control system and hydraulic system.
During automatic operation, the operating time of each process of
the machine is controlled by the electrical control system and can
be adjusted within a certain time range.
Due to the high separation factor of the machine, the separation
effect is good, and it can also effectively wash the solid phase.
The solid phase humidity obtained through separation is low. Under
the conditions of reasonable selection and use of filter media, the
machine has high production capacity. However, due to the
high-speed scraper discharge, it has a certain degree of
fragmentation of solid particles.
Adjusting items of machine
1. Adjustment of working pressure of oil pump
Adjust the overflow valve to make the oil supply system pressure
3.0-4.0mpa. Adjust the pressure to ensure the operation of each oil
cylinder under load. Take the scraper cylinder as example, scraper
easy action in the low working pressure, the rest of the cylinder
can work normally, needn’t higher the oil pressure. Increased drag
after blade wear is not included.
2.Stop position adjustment of scraper
When the scraper is working, the rocker arm on the scraper device
touches the limit bolt, and the distance between the scraper and
the press cloth (or filter) in the drum is 5~ 10mm. By adjusting
the limit bolt of the door cover and adjusting the position of the
proximity switch or switch seat, the axial clearance between the
scraper blade and the bottom of the rotary drum and the bar shall
not be less than 5mm
3. Drum loading amount, filter cake thickness according to
different materials, generally not more than 80mm, weight of dry
material less than 100kg
4. Adjust the working procedure time during operation
It is mainly determined according to the specific material, which
cannot be fixed and can meet the requirements of the material in
the centrifuge section. If the machine and equipment allow, the
production cycle can be shortened and the output can be increased.
The time range of the general working procedure is 0~30 seconds.
Feeding process is 3-60 seconds: filtering process is 0-300
seconds; The secondary feeding process is 0~60 seconds; The drying
process is 0~300 seconds; Scraping process is 18~30 seconds.
Successfully Application
General requirements for the application range of horizontal
scraper discharge centrifuges: separation of solid-liquid two-phase
systems with particle size ranging from 10 to 500um, solid phase
concentration ranging from 20 to 80% (weight concentration), and
liquid phase viscosity less than 10-2Pa. s. In addition, it can
also meet the requirements of washing the solid phase. This machine
is now widely used in industries such as chemical, light industry,
food, pharmaceutical, etc. The separated materials include ammonium
sulfate, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, boric acid, starch,
pesticides, synthetic resins, potassium chloride, light sodium
carbonate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyoxymethylene, polyethylene,
sodium sulfate, caustic soda, salt, fertilizer, aluminum sail,
synthetic rubber, and so on.
