System description
GXG series multifunctional filter contains filtering, washing and
automatically discharging solids into one. It is suitable for
“industrial grade” pharmaceuticals and chemical manufacture.
The filter is entirety welded, it filtering closed completely and
has no leakage. It consists of mixing system, filtering system,
heating and keeping, discharging system and hydraulic lift system.
The filter is safe, steady and reliable.
The tank cylinder wall and bottom use a coil pipe which can heat
the tank and ensure filtering temperature.
The hydraulic system control the mixing system up and down and it
has a mixing propeller which can rotate in the positive and
negative direction.
It has the side bleeder valve controlled by hydraulic system.
The filter medium use 5 tiers of hastelloy sintering net.
