Disc Oil Separator Description:
DHZ separator is a high-speed, stable, sealed, efficient and fully
automatic special equipment for oil refining. All parts in contact
with materials are made of stainless steel, which can effectively
reduce the chemical reaction between material separation and
surface contact of parts. The separated light and heavy phase
materials are output by two centripetal pumps of different sizes.
This machine is feeding on the top, so the feeding pressure is low.
The drive of the separator adopts a hydraulic coupling and a pair
of helical boosting gears, the power is transmitted by the liquid,
the boosting pressure is stable, and there is overload protection.
The buyer should explain to the seller whether the separator is
used to separate severely corrosive media, so that the seller can
choose anti-corrosion materials. During operation, if the corrosion
depth of any part of the drum exceeds 1mm, stop the operation and
contact our company immediately.
