Product description:
Cam type rotor pump manufacturing standards are divided into: food

Application:
It covers the most industries, such as Daily chemical, Fine
chemicals,Food,Papermaking,Chemical fiber,Medicine and coating etc.
Working Principle:
The two conjugated metal cams of the cam pump are rotated in
reverse synchronously by an external synchronizing gear, thereby
discharging the liquid between them and the pump body.The cam pump
is divided into single and multi-lobe cam pumps.
Between the cams and between the cam and the pump body are not in
contact with each other, depending on the size of the pump and the
temperature of the conveying medium leaving a corresponding gap.
Product competitive advantage:
The inner gearing principle is adopted for this pump. The annular
and external gear pitch circles closely lean against one side, the
other side is separated by covering with “ crescent plate” .
The annular gear driver the external gear for the same direction
rotation. It has the advanced structure, fine quality, small
volume, large flow, low noise, durable service life.
Delivery:
1. for the complete pump: packed with plastic to avoid wet and dust
then put and fixed into the seaworthy wooden case
2. for spare parts of the pump: packed into carton box then
expressed to the buyer
