Centrifugal Oil Water Separator Description:
Biodiesel is a clean and renewable energy. It is the reborn fuel
and excellent substitute of petroleum diesel.
Biodiesel is made by ester exchange process which raw material
bases on plant oil crops, wild plants and engineering microalgae
type aquatic plants fats as well as animal fats, food waste oil,
etc.
Biodiesel also is a typical “green energy”, so develop the
bio-diesel has an important strategic significance in continuable
economic development, promote alternative energy, reduce
environment pressure and control urban air pollution.
By adoptin oil and fat as raw materials, biological diesel oil is
achieved through etherification reaction with methanol by adding
alkali catalyst. The glycerin produced in the reaction is a
subsidiary product.
Centrifugal Oil Water Separator Wprk Principles:
The separated material will be input into the heart of the
separator, i.e. the drum. By the strong centrifugal force field,
the material (hybrid liquid) passes the separation partition
consists of disk string, by taking the neutral holes in disk as the
separating surface, the liquid in higher specific gravity (heavy
phase) will move outward the neutral holes along disk wall, and the
heavy residue will accumulate at the residue-settling area, and the
soap residue will flow toward the big centripetal pump. The liquid
in lower specific gravity (light phase) will move inward and upward
along disk wall, then assemble at the small centripetal pump. The
heavy and light phase will be output separately by small and big
centripetal pump. When the nature of a liquid material changes, you
can get the optimal separating effect by adjusting the size of
specific gravity ring.
The separator extracts residue automatically with ring valve,
during its operation, you can adjust the separating and
residue-extracting periods as well as other parameters (e.g.
extraction time and interval, etc.) depending on the materials and
requirements on finished oil. The separator is controlled by
computer program and PLC, it’s easy and simple to operate, the
display is straightforward, is highly automated. The trace residue
in oil will also be discharged outside completely in the
separation, this has greatly reduced the labor of workers for
stopping and cleaning the drum, as well as economical loss due to
shutdown.
